Westminster is a non-profit organization with all its income devoted to salaries, supplies, equipment, and other costs associated with its operation. Enrollment of your child carries with it the obligation to pay tuition for the full school year. All fees, deposits and tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuition is payable as follows: $250 non-refundable deposit due after your child is accepted into Westminster’s program (this deposit is applied to the tuition). The balance of the tuition is paid in three non-refundable installments as follows: 1/3 of the tuition balance by May l, 2012 1/3 of the tuition balance by Aug. l, 2012 1/3 of the tuition balance by Dec. 1, 2012
Tuition rates are: 2 days/week (2 ½’s)….. $2131 per year - $250 deposit and 3 payments of $ 627 2 days/week (3’s)…….. $1915 per year - $250 deposit and 3 payments of $ 555 3 days/week………….. $2662 per year - $250 deposit and 3 payments of $ 804 4 days/week………….. $3409 per year - $250 deposit and 3 payments of $1053 5 days/week………….. $4084 per year - $250 deposit and 3 payments of $1278
There is a $25 Field Trip Activity Fee for all children enrolled in 4-year-old classes covering the cost of on and off premises field trips through the school year. This fee is billed separately and invoices will be distributed at the start of the school year. In the event of a specific hardship regarding the above payment schedule, please make an appointment with the director.
